Kimberly Hebb

25 years of experience in financial industry risk management serving as chief risk officer, federal regulator, banker, and regulatory consultant. She specializes in compliance solutions for fintechs and financial institutions. Previously, she held leadership roles at BillGO and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where she developed industry guidance, training programs, and supervisory tools.

Tina Giorgio, AAP

Tina Giorgio, a seasoned community banker with 30 years of experience, is an expert in payment systems, digital banking, risk management, and client service. She has served on boards with the Federal Reserve and NACHA, and was President and CEO of ICBA Payments. Giorgio holds an MBA from UMass Amherst, a BS in Business Management, and is pursuing a doctoral degree. She's an Accredited ACH Professional since 1993, with additional certifications from Vanderbilt and Wharton.

Peter Moenickheim, CERP

Peter boasts 20+ years in banking, finance, and payments. As a former Chief Risk Officer at Gateway First Bank and Ocwen Financial, he revamped risk management. His roles at Santander Consumer and JPMorgan Chase were pivotal. Certified as an ABA Enterprise Risk Pro, he tailors solutions to business risk profiles. Expert in risk-reward strategies, GRC, and program enhancements, Peter excels in risk governance and implementation.

Currently as the CEO of BalancedTrust, he develops product strategies and helps his team delivery cutting edge solutions for Banks, Fintechs and Crypto companies.
